In order to get to our office take interstate 95 to Lantana road. Lantana Road is approximately 10 miles North of Boca Raton and 10 miles south of Palm Beach international Airport. Take Lantana road west approximately 1 mile and make a right after Palm Beach County Park Airport onto Congress Avenue. Take Congress approximately 3/4 mile north to a group of low lying white buildings just before JFK Medical Center. Our office is in the northernmost building just south of the hospital. The address is 5503 S. Congress Avenue, Suite 206. We are on the second floor but there is an elevator in the lobby if you have trouble with stairs. Please remember to bring a current list of all your medications, all insurance information and, if applicable, your pacer/ICD I.D. card.
